southpawlabs.ca has no accounts, no forms, no ads and no analytics or tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Payments

Paid plans for our products are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe also keeps invoices and the billing address needed for sales tax.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
