Southpaw Digital Labs Inc. ("we", "us") is an Alberta company. Each of our products has its own terms of service, which you agree to when you use or buy that product. They cover what you get, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds:

southpawlabs.ca is provided for information, "as is". Content on it may change without notice, and its demo LSD coordinates are examples, not survey data. We're not liable for losses from relying on this website, to the extent the law allows.

Payments

Purchases and subscriptions for our products are sold by Southpaw Digital Labs Inc. (except where a product's terms or receipt names another seller) and processed by Stripe, Google Play or the App Store. Prices are shown before you pay, and applicable sales tax such as GST/HST is added at checkout. To cancel or ask about a charge, use the product's billing page or email us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
